It has 4 million+ dps(including searing bond) and can withstand shaper slam(not that you want to get hit by it though) and other types of heavy hits.

Also I checked prices on softcore, but now I see it feels good for hc

So i was getting bored of the regular RF, and was hitting a wall with my EA ballista, so i decided to convert my RF into an Explode RF. having tons of fun, clearing Juiced T16 maps and 60-80% delirious maps i know i have a few major improvements to make, but for a fairly low budget of ~10d, most being the jewels. i feel like im doing pretty well. Hey I tried pob a high budget tanky rf elementalist. Crit immune, 90 max res, capped chaos res with fourth vow, curse immune, edurance charges, 190 movement speed and still around 13 mil dps. Not sure if there are better ways to scale defences fourth vow seemed like a decent option. POBB:
