PoE Multiple Totems, Templar, Chaining builds

Hi there! So I'm working on some new builds, and I have two questions about how PoB handles certain calculations. 1.) The first question is very simple and has to do with Flame Blast. When you see the 'cast rate' while having flame blast selected I assume what that is trying to represent is stagers per second, right? In other words, if we assume an unmodded 10 stage max flame blast, and my cast rate on the PoB is say 4.5. That's telling me that I'm casting 4.5 stages a second, so my time to do the 'average hit' damage on top will roughly be 2.22 seconds? So I'd have to divide that

Energyblade is a very high investment skill, stil about every league I end up planning a budget version to maybe play just because it looks fucking cool and jedis. Edit.Ok, you guys don't like POB warriors, but i do this way for 2 things, to compare to the builds on PoE Ninja, and to see the potential.I saw few errors, mainly shock effect and frenzy was on. I used shock calculator and it have me 21% shock. There is no way to generate frenzy on Sirus right now, and I will not put a Precursor emblem in the build, so I will turn it off. So I will post 2 PoBs to you guys. One with all turned off, and one with all turned on on the best scenario. You guys tell me what you think.
