[Betrayal HC] 15ex "Budget" Uber Elder kill

For context on this character: All of the gear (including gems,jewels, and rolling flasks) was bought with a strict budget of 15 exalts on Betrayal HC, which was roughly 1,200 chaos orbs when the gear was bought. No gear upgrades were made after the initial purchases, and no drops I got while playing the character added to the budget.

It might sound like a lot of currency, but as far as farming Uber Elder on HC it is actually quite low. The goal is to get at least 5 successful kills in (this was the first, I have done 2 total as of the time this was uploaded).
