PoE League Starter builds with custom stat filters

According to PoB my DPS is combined 1.3 million. Im copying the MaxRoll LA league starter guide. My build is literally just a copy. According to their PoB, they have 16 million DPS. I know Im shy a couple levels and one gem. My bow DPS is good. Where am I missing 14 million damage?

I wanted to league start CF Champion this league, but after the suggested changes from KB wander to Spectral throw, I though I'd try to find another option. Thus the Blade Flurry channeling Reap/Exsanguinate, Corrupting Fever / Corrupting Cry Champion was born. Not tested and can't guarantee a good leaguestart experience with this, but it looks good enough on paper to share: 50k Armour 87% max res with no guard skill or flasks up DPS hard to estimate because it's spark, but should be around 1mil consistently enough to clear red maps, gonna have to tank some stuff on bosses though but it's thick enough to do that. Biggest problem will be movespeed, will likely end up needing elevated tailwind onslaught boots to feel ok. Just put together this quick pob as I want to make a tanky minion char which uses fresh meat support on league start. Wanted to try dominating blow but as I understand it wont work with fresh meat (refresh vs create/summon) Divine blessing setup will be replaced with guardians blessing new support (can summon holy relic out regen without vitality?) This is why the no mana for haste error. No clusters to simulate SSF league start. Config is to simulate fresh meat, dps shown is on a 5link.
