PoE Orb of Storms, Chaos builds

I wanted to make Snipers work. I did. Made my first build video to go along with it. Idea is Archers shoot thru flame wall. Kurgals Support turns that into Chaos. First off, let me get this out of the way. This isn't going to be a meta build, there's probably better selfcast builds than this too, and i'm sure mines will do better damage. I just hate mines and don't want to play it, and wanted to see what I can do with Archmage on leaguestart. Also many of the more popular ways to scale hexblast involve some very expensive uniques, and since most traditional archmage items are relatively cheap (Ivory Tower <5c launch day). Hello there - Self-Cast Voltaxic Burst on Trickster is a build that I have been iterating on since it's introduction in 3.15. Despite being a relatively new player when it was introduced, I began trying to make my own build with it because I like to improve at the games I play.
