PoE Witch, Chaining builds

I wanted to pick a league starter that is a really smooth mapper and can at least do the (non-uber) pinnacle bosses + the feared. Arc doesn't have nearly the damage of other ignite skills like WoC or Vaal FB but to me, it has the smoothest playstyle. With the new reworked Singularity and Thunderfist you can get some very decent Vaal Arc dps for bosses. In fact, socketing arc in thunderfist is better than 6 linking it. If they're cheap you could even attempt to corrupt for +2 duration gems to scale vaal arc further. This of course is assuming that Thunderfist is cheap on league start, which

POB (edited after feedback): POB (original): POB only works on desktop client, web one doesn't have skills for some reason. This was originally a BV/EK Stormwall into Fulcrum full conversion build, but then they removed Stormwall so I had to change plans or be left without being able to league start. This is now a Lightning Conduit Agnerod into Fulcrum build that uses BV with Shaper of Storms to shock everyone 7.5 times a second, and Lightning Conduit to deal damage

Since the other dude is asking for more PoB, here is a tentative Lightning Conduit Elementalist. I looked at the other lightning conduit PoB and found it extremely lacking. Insane custom multiplier from everywhere, a shock calculated on the basis you have already a 100% shock on the target which it obviously won't, a need to alternate between lightning arrow and lightning conduit, an idea that using voltaxic make the build reach "a much high ceiling" while you are basically giving up weapons and ends up with a spell doing 40% lightning 60% chaos (very fun to scale the resists after that), etc

Hello everyone, This is my first time coming up with a starter build, so please excuse any newbie mistakes. Lightning Conduit caught my eye and I figured I'd try building something around it. My idea is to use storm brand with chains and overcharge for spreading shocks, combined with Inpulsa for better clear. Will have to check whether shock spread is more useful than chain. On bosses, chain will be replaced by culling strike. Agnerod should be a decent starting point for a staff. Later on, I'll switch to a better rare staff and maybe a 6-link for Storm Brand, instead of Thunderfist. Tryin

The two new shock based skill look awesome. Only thing is that they are combo reliant and I hate pressing buttons. However, in the same patch Spell Slinger is buffed. :thonker: PoB: So, how will this build work. We play Elementalist and take Shaper of Storms. This means that all our hits can shock no matter how much damage they deal. Thus we can shock with our wand attacks. We take Kinetic Bolt because it has inherent pierce and AoE. Hey peeps, I'm trying to put together an Arc Ignite build for league start and here's what I have so far POB: Some things to note: I know the jewels can get expensive with those 4 mods, but getting faster damage + 1 DoT mod would get you 70% of the way there w/ a little less survivability and would probably be significantly cheaper Most of the rares can be substituted for high life+ss Any feedback is appreciated

They capped negative resistance at 200% but resistance penetration is a different calculation AFAIK. What if we stack Omniscience through the nose and used Mjolnir to deliver Arc? To that end, I made a tree which is as long as possible so that the Split Personality jewels at the very end deliver a real lot of Omniscience. So some of you may have noticed that i have been pushing arc ignite alot in this sub, and now i have some results. Keep in mind i have never killed endgame bosses before, but i think thatll change by next week. Got really lucky, martyr fused in 50 fus and atziri in 16 fus. there goes my rng for the league. Red maps are still a breeze, 1 button to clear multiple screens dependent on mob layout, bosses are also easy as long as they are single phase, vaal arc usually nukes them.
