PoE Tornado, Movement builds

So... I tried a fireball CwC nimis build, but didnt like how it played (had to stay on top of boss for damage, felt squishy and could not reach the level of damage I saw in the video etc.). On console, it is quite hard to trade for OP items unless your shit rich, so I decided to scrap the build. But, before starting to sell off all the gear, I decided, hey, lets try to respec into spark CwC. Just to see the glory of a thousand electrospiders fill the screen. And what do you know, it works pretty good! Never tried self cast spark, and I bet its better dps, but its pretty chill to just cyclone

I want to share you a build I made because I'm a Mana Stacking enjoyer since Sigil of Power and Arcane Cloak are perfect in SSF to scale your damage, the huge problem in general with those build is the tankiness, here, the tankiness isn't the problem First, why CoC instead of self casting ? The main reason : If you play CoC, you will use Cyclone, since Cyclone is an attack you can include leech in your build, that's exactly why I'm tanky The goal is to leech Mana/Life to take profit of MoM and sustain mana for Arcane Cloak and charge Sigil constantly I use Instruments of Virtue o
