Wanted to share this build as I've finally been able to clear some high level maps. DPS seems low in PoB but in reality it's like any other slam skill, deletes bosses with at most 3 rotations of war crys, which for this build would be easily sub 1 min still. Haven't been able to test it against high level bosses yet but judging from the clear and bosses so far it should be fine.
