PoE Freedom of Movement, Channelling builds

I thought I would try my hand making my own build from scratch. I recently read that the channeling on Storm Burst can continue even through the use of instant spells - something I didn't know before this week! That means Frostblink can be used for movement even while channeling Storm Burst. I also opted to go with 100% spell suppression and high evasion for defensive layers. Eventually I will plan on picking up 30% Elemental Ailment Avoidance which will give me 100% avoidance. Anyhow, here is my build.

Hello to all In the optics of an extremely tanky build I created this tree, I would actually need help to finish it, with the few remaining points (maximum lvl 95) what is the best option to optimize the dps as league start, knowing that all the tank part is finished (i guess ?), that we have a very big onslaught and a big boost of damage from the belt.
