PoE builds with custom stat filters

Hello folks, ^(umm) lets get started i guess. i have a lot of experience in PoE, played way more hours than i'm afraid to know. Completed every milestone i set for myself, and after all this time, there is a time for a level 100 and that time is now. That means having a build that can clear very fast, and be very tanky. I usually theory craft builds myself generally "stealing" some pointers from other builds and making the build as i see fit which works out very well. ^(most of the time.) So in a nutshell i designed a build that wont die, and will clear very well so i can get that sweet 100

Big Disclaimer: I am not trying to create an actual end game character. I already have something planned for serious Shaper/Uber Elder clearing. Rate my build! I found a Debeon's Dirge in Delve SSF, so I was thinking of making a build with it that would be pretty powerful and also satisfying to play. I tried a couple of different things but they all seemed to either have insane gear requirements or lacking defenses in some way or another. &x200B; So I settled on going for Raider! With a two-hander... and RT? It's a strange build overall, but I was surprised with how much life I was able to squeeze out of it while still getting Acro/Phase Acro. The biggest weakness is managing to meet the Int requirement without going crazy...
