This build is not made for dps and still do this kind of damage. It's same clear speed as my Winter Orb Elementalist (Tier 1) and has about the same defense. Granted that I have pretty good gear on my char but this could easily be made with worse gear. Each phase of uber elder die in 1 sec and then you just wait for the next time you can dps him or shaper.
