So I got around to playing with the new Toxic Rain skill, and boy does it taste pretty good. I was able to conquer all the content in the game, bar Uber Elder, as I have not gotten to him yet, but believe this build could take him down with the right play. Overall Toxic Rain was very reminiscent of the Quill Rain Poison Assassin and I enjoyed every minute of it.
