PoE builds similar to Spark - Budget Defences Options

As title says, been trying to figure it out, I've been running of anime princesses spark guides, but if I'm not in my frost shield sigil of power thing I don't have 100% crit, even if I slap a watchers eye in with zealotry crit I still don't think I'm capped. Also yes I know my glorious vanity is scuffed,.it loses me 3 points, but its the best I could get at the time without dropping 10+ div and I was saving for aegis at the time.

Basically the title. Build below, possibly a few unreasonable things ticked in POB, but it's a mapper so flasks and charges are usually up. Struggling to find my next upgrades that aren't 20divs worth of reworking gear for 3% more damage. I'm playing a Spark Inquisitor in a small private league. My goal is to build towards no-hit Sanctum runs. I have been looking at cluster builds for achieving high speed & duration projectiles for clearing Sanctum around corners. Naturally this also requires clearing T14/16 maps. But my overall damage is very low, projected 360K DPS at level 90. The top builds on PoeNinja are many millions of DPS, and they are all heavily aura-stacking. Playstyle < Clear: Just spark pretty much, for rares etc you can drop orb of storms and stand inside it to do more damage, marking it will make it take more damage Bossing: You want to use Orb of Storms for extra damage, we have lots of utility like Sigil of Power and frost shield that will make it better to stand still against bosses so we have lots of damage and extra mitigation inside the circle.
