PoE builds similar to Path of Exile - 3.9 CoC Mjölner Ball Lightning - Phoenix + Metamorph (Awakening 6)

I'm tired of seeing build guides for Spectral Shield Throw that pad their damage with unreliable buffs or mirror-worthy gear. Here is a Spectral Shield Throw build that gets over 1 million damage with really cheap gear. Hi All, I thought I would buck the trend of your standard Herald Stackers and try out a CwC set-up for some lazy auto-targeting Arc action. It is very similar to self-cast but I am running Cyclone and Arc with CwC. Pastebin: I have completed the "standard" set-up and I am at the point where I am considering upgrade pathways. Most of what I can gather is it is going into -Mana Reserve Jewels, Vitality necklace and other aura's such as Determination and Spider/Avian. I've been doing some theorycrafting with the new entropic devastation gloves but i struggle to find a good synergy. Here's a scuffed inquisitor attribute CoC bow PoB (some end-game stuff), do you guys have any ideas of how to improve the build? Maybe going champion is better for fortify + impale stuff?
