definitely a pob warrior tree. you wont have all those buffs activated at once for 99.99% of the game.but if you do somehow get all the buff on than for the split second you can reach flicker dps heaven. the budget for the pob items is around 2 mirrors. for bossing you put on a frenzy on hit chest with all the same mods but explode is replaced with frenzy on hit. also good luck rolling on the elegant hubris

Hello fellow Exile! I've been theory crafting a build for a while and wanted to have it as a starter build of the league, much of a disappointment and trashed it, but now that I was done with the build I ran with, I wanted to redo the build and so I did.
