i notice how barely no one goes flicker with saviour no more. here i present you a flicker strike using saviour reaching 200mil dps under a 110ex budget. ill show those elemental flicker and 2 hand flicker scrubs that the true flicker strike is duel wielding with saviour (dont mind the gloves just crafted those today feel free to get rid of it on pob and just plug in a high templar with frenzy charge implicit)
