I'll not say this build have 1B dps all time, cause I can't actually always full charge, but at least 700~900M dps with this set, enough to kill anything in game.

with minmax set, 53Q flicker + 136Q anomalous blood rage will get 41% chance to get frenzy charge on hit 1-(1-41%)^4=87.8% chance to get charge back when I cost charge, enough to maintain charge with this crazy attack speed
