PoE builds similar to World's First - Frost Wall Ignite Elementalist - Igniting everything within 15.3587 seconds

new player here - lvl 94 Wave of Conviction elementalist in standard league. Following build from POE Vault. I can run T16 but most rare map mods are a no-go for me - I started some of the elder/shaper quests but that's it. I know life is lacking. I'm not sure adding 500 life will enable me to really step beyond my current plateau, but you guys know better. Please be nice with your comments! The POE reddit has been rude to me when i shared my build before 'this sucks' and 'omg this is so bad' does not really help new players.

People really seem to like builds that kill everything around them. I'm one of those people. I played Death's Oath in Kalandra. I'm trying to find a new build to play next league, as I think I've basically reached the peak on DO. I started looking for other ways to achieve the "kill everything as you run through the map" effect, ideally that could be slotted into existing builds to speed up their clear. Edited updated build I have made this build, please tell me what you think. The goal was decent regen, leech, high dps, chaos convert so we don't have to worry about pen. The gear in the build is not great, but decent and easy enough to currently get for cheap.
