In this video I'll cover how to build a heister using the Elementalist Ascendancy

For those that don't want to play a Pathfinder or just want to reroll their Elementalist to do heist, this video is for you.

I have tested this build in 3.27. However, I don't foresee changes in 3.28 that will make this setup unviable.
