PoE builds similar to POE 3.19 (Kalandra) - Ascendant Corrupting Fever + Shire of Shards, Ball lightning CWC cyclone

2mil dps, pretty tanky. Modified this from an old Ben build, so there might be stuff I missed. Biggest issue I have with it is a lack of explosions for clear, but AoE is decent enough I don't think it'll be terrible.

Free duration, offering, easy crafting and an additional way to scale damage. \-Set corrupting cry to 4 stacks to see 1 cry dps. Out of the little info we got, the only gem that peeked my interest was Corrupting cry. i did a build in kalandra with autowarcry tech that could be used here. the outcome would be simple: a walking simulator build that triggers physical dot for the kill. unfortunately, based on the trailer video, it seems that corrupting cry is a support for awarcry, rather than a warcry itself (hopefully iim wrong...). either case, it was stated that corrupted cry would apply corrupt blood stacks on enemies affected by warcries, so the gameplan is to always be triggering warcries. this is how it works:

This league i build a Scion Exsanguinate with Poets. It had trouble to deal with rares in t16 white but what decently tanky. What are the options to improve this build to the next steps also suggestions in tankyness would be great. This is the POBB:

I've gotten the build feeling pretty good in t16, seems like all of the low hanging fruit are taken care of. Any advice on what to go for next? Seems like expensive jewels are the next steps but I've only got around 20d so I'd like to get the most helpful ones first. I'm just farming expedition, what I could use most is something to speed up map and logbook bosses. POB:
