PoE builds similar to POE 3.13 Self Cast Creeping Frost Dead Eye Maven

AKA Creepy old man shotgunning with high quality COC. POB: Same concept as Jungroan's Crest of Desire Creeping Frost build last league, but with Dialla's Malefaction, we can go COC instead, for easier gameplay. We are also able to use Divergent Berserk with the new Kaom's gloves, which is just perfect for COC as you get much needed attack speed too. Uptime is decent and ES regen still works to sustain RF. I was wondering if Battlemage would scale well into the endgame, and I think I found a shell that has a lot of potential. Eternity Shroud pairs well with Inquisitor's Inevitable Judgment ignoring all elemental resistances, and allows you to add a lot of flat elemental damage in many slots without worrying about penetration or curses. Seems to reach 280m damage from a 20 stack Penance Brand with temporary buffs like Divergent Berserk, but still 100+ m without. The items seem quite feasible to craft now with Harvest, although probably really hard next league. I also included non-physical version
