Vaal Cold Snap budget Leaguestarter for POE Legacy of Phrecia! Path of Exile

I wanted to share with you what I am playing for the upcoming Legacy of Phrecia event Vaal cold snap on Architect of Chaos! In this path of exile leaguestarter build guide we will how to level, a early game setup, and an endgame build setup! Vaal cold snap does an aoe pulse and then places a storm centered on you with a small radius that then expands outwards. Essentially a better version of righteous fire because it can scale with spell damage and has no downside of degening you! The nice thing about colds dots is that they stack with eachother so you can have 1 vaal cold snap, 1 cold snap, 1 creeping frost, and 1 vortex. +levels of vaal skill gems applies to both the vaal skill gem and the original version. 3 gem levels is about a 50% more damage multiplier! If you are not familiar with vaal skills you gain souls from killing enemies or damaging unique monsters. You then spend those souls to cast the vaal skill, but you are locked out of gaining souls for a duration. Since these are very powerful skills normally you can only cast them once, but the architect of chaos gives us 50% reduced soul use and 80% less soul use which means with some scaling to duration we can cast it 8 times back to back and max souls!
