Anyone wanna try to optimize this bad boy. The arctic armor and + 25 spell block in config is to simulate the new tempest shield. Not too sure about mana, it might be a bit tight so getting mana or -mana cost on gear could be useful The wand is pretty good but not that hard to craft with ilvl2 wand and an essence of anger. The budget I think it is probably arround 20 ex and mainly because of some not mandatory items like the watcher's eye. Any suggestions for improvement?
