So discharge will receive a large damage buff, but will be on a cooldown. I'm thinking about ways to make self-casting Discharge work, and i've come up with some archetypes, although none of them feel 100% satisfying. First i thought of an Archmage build to make use of the fact that Discharge now is on a cooldown anyways, so handling the mana cost would be a lot easier. Let me preface this masterpiece of a build by saying that I grinded super hard early league, and now that it's died down a bit and I'm a bit burnt out atm I decided to "min-max" the ultimate meme build: Cast on Death. replaced VB with crit tree with regular ones for 3.22 : 100% = 91% crit to fix fix : take doom cast, remove flat mana nodes - enduring mana flask for smooth gameplay more than required but it's perma used anyways so it doesn't matter. masteries unchanged stun avoid for mapping is from boots, can go stun pantheon for bossing (feels useless)
