PoE builds similar to *OUTDATED* Skitterbots can do T16 Ultimatum? meme or dream? skitterbots build 3.14 Ultimatum POE

I've been trying to narrow down my league starter for Heist the past couple of days. Somewhere along the line, I decided I want to do a cold DoT Occultist, more specifically a Wintertide Brand Occultist (SC-trade). I have a few reasons (that may or may not be valid, politely let me know). Full reasoning summaries below, but TLDR: I think cold DoT Occultists will survive nerfing and might even be buffed by new Hexes. Pob: I'm looking at other people POBS and I see pretty similar pobs with 20-30m dps on poison, some of them are a better but far from x2 or x3 my damage, I've added better clusters, +2 on helmet and some extra jewels on my pob and the total difference was between 30-40% at best. I've configured manually the AG and spectres (Pale Seraphim + Arena Master), am I missing something else for the configuration part? Are there any mistakes with the build? Hello There, This is the first league where I have played any type of summon builds, and before the launch I was recommended to try Poison SRS. I have followed most builds guides and similar builds on poe.ninja and with my build I am able to clear most of the content in-game without issues except Uber bosses which I die to mechanics.
