Here is a Spectral Shield Throw build that gets over 1 million damage with really cheap gear. I've been doing some theorycrafting with the new entropic devastation gloves but i struggle to find a good synergy. Hi All, I thought I would buck the trend of your standard Herald Stackers and try out a CwC set-up for some lazy auto-targeting Arc action.
