PoE builds similar to 3.2 BSC Indigon hierophant GC totem - T16 Eradicator

PoB: Character is lvl 81 so there is room for more. I also forgot to activate Righteous Fire on the video, so I was missing 40% more damage. Mapping is okay, not the kind of walking simulator you'd get with a RF Inquisitor, but it can do it. Core concept is not new, Indigon + Arcane cloak. The PoB is really far from min/max and the gear was around 7ex total.

As far as I can tell, fanaticism is clunky and sucks... but the new manabond skill got me thinking that maybe it could be spammed to high heaven using fanatacism. Unless you are using stealing Inquisitor's Inevitable Judgement via Forbidden Flesh/Flame, this is probably the single biggest damage upgrade you can make against Lycia, who has 50% elemental res. Most builds I see either have 0 investment in reducing or penetrating this, or use Frostbite, which tends to be less effective than Elemental Weakness WITHOUT Balance of Terror with a Heatshiver at only 15% chill effect and no freeze. Sharing my latest build and hoping someone will see some improvements that can be made. Galvanic field has some downsides: Low AOE and poor hit rate. We get around the AOE by slotting a Phantasmal GV into a Crest of Desire, and Scaling mana with Heirophant. This gives GV domes usually a couple of screens of area. The beams fire from the centre of the dome and dont go through walls or obsticles, so open maps work better.
