Ventrua had put out a poison BV occultist for league start but I also like to play Assassin and it's more point efficient (though potentially still worse than Occultist), so I thought I'd share my work. All of these PoBs are built on top of Ventrua's PoB. These builds will focus on incorporating alternatives to Profane Bloom as a priority. Scaling BV through vaal caress gloves, curses and phys as extra chaos mainly. Eplode from double obliteration. High evade chance from Grace + flesh and stone with moderate blind effect scaling.
