PoE builds similar to Path of Exile 3.17 | 30 Wave

I just switched out to a melding + aegis setup on my RF INQ. Trying to cap out max resistances at 90. Im currently at 87. Next step is: Eldritch Conflict on chest piece for potential extra +1% and a lvl23 purity for another +1% will get me to 89 max ele res. Where can I get the last 1%? POB: I know the last 1% is probably not that crucial but still. 90 looks nicer than 89....

Following Pohx RF, got 81lvl, done full labs, bought aegis and few other items from guide, but still on red maps (t12-13) feel like not enough dmg, bosses die very very slow. Pls look at my build and give some advise. maybe i play this build not how it should be. I was hoping to hit 100 for the first time on my EA Ele, and while it's a relatively safe mapper, it really excelled about bossing. Still, dying to the occasional one-shot has made pushing past 96 frustrating. POB: Goal is to be a good support for a team, a decent number of auras: Purity of Fire, Vitality, Determination, Purity of Elements, and Tempest Shield. (Items used are actual items I found off the trade site, with some minor-ish exceptions.)
