Wanting to share my shockwave totem hierophant build. It feels incredible! I had a few problems recently that I solved, and this build is walking over sanctum and t16 juiced maps without issues. Sharing the PoB to hopefully both 1) solicit feedback to improve the build and 2) encourage others to try this build. This is by no means original (mathil loved it last league), but there are no build guides so I wanted to share: The build has defense: 90% armor with determination everything is chilled/frozen taunt from totems

Unless you are using stealing Inquisitor's Inevitable Judgement via Forbidden Flesh/Flame, this is probably the single biggest damage upgrade you can make against Lycia, who has 50% elemental res. Most builds I see either have 0 investment in reducing or penetrating this, or use Frostbite, which tends to be less effective than Elemental Weakness WITHOUT Balance of Terror with a Heatshiver at only 15% chill effect and no freeze. I am like in dire need of help... I don't know what to improve on next honestly. I can farm T16 maps slowly, but I still do get 1 shotted lol. I've seen people running Hex Master on PoENinja and some people don't even run Vitality or Determination. Can't fit Vitality in at the moment. I prioritized Determination over Vitality.
