PoE builds similar to Champion Smite Budget All Rounder Path of Exile Sentinel 3.18

Honestly i give up on this one, i really wanna Leaguestart Vaal Smite, but i feel like i cant really scale the Damage properly. Thought id try making a perseverance smite champion build and i did a rough draft of the passive tree i stopped at level 95 as 91 is the highest i've ever gotten, mainly just interested to know how much of the tree is wasteful and if its at all a viable tree for clearing atlas, i tried to hit around 150% life from tree and was able to get to 148 which i think is decent. One of my big worries is completely converting the last 50% of my smite damage to lightning i cant seem to find any decent methods except lightning mastery or vessel of vinktar which neither seem very good.
