PoE builds similar to 3 19 BPL 9 Scion LS

Pob: Missing the start of the fight because my shadowplay was set to 5 mins. Wanted a balanced build of single target and zoomy mapping, decided on LS Raider. Turned out pretty good. Bought an augment cold after selling woke multi and hit t3 added cold on claw. Now to get a frenzy/strike glove! Edit: also realized after the fight I should've changed my quicksilver to diamond/offensive unique and removed mark on hit to selfcast it for more effect. Next time I guess.

I'm hoping to gear this build fully by day 3-4 of league start, im just curious if i made any glaring errors or if people can suggest ways to increase the evasion, armor or life that would be great (will probably only be able to get +1 strike gloves but put in +2 strike), cant really think of any other gear ive put in that is unreachable within the first few days. i dont mind doing less damage if the trade off is more survivability.
