PoE builds similar to POE 3.22 Ancestor League - Mirror of Kalandra Drop

I'm playing a Spark Inquisitor in a small private league. My goal is to build towards no-hit Sanctum runs. I have been looking at cluster builds for achieving high speed & duration projectiles for clearing Sanctum around corners. Naturally this also requires clearing T14/16 maps. As title says, been trying to figure it out, I've been running of anime princesses spark guides, but if I'm not in my frost shield sigil of power thing I don't have 100% crit, even if I slap a watchers eye in with zealotry crit I still don't think I'm capped. Also yes I know my glorious vanity is scuffed,.it loses me 3 points, but its the best I could get at the time without dropping 10+ div and I was saving for aegis at the time.
