PoE builds similar to POE 3.8 Blight Big AoE Mana Righteous Fire

For the RF enthusiast I am excited to see the passive tree bring so many goodies for us. I'd Like to share the skill tree I whipped up and was wondering what ppl thought/ what others are doing for our beloved burning man. I believe that going chieftain is the play being able to so easily hit 90% max fire res. Turning phys hits to fire will help makes us much tankier and the ascendancy provides a good amount of damage. Been kicking around the idea Hierophants a lot in the past few months, but haven't really had anything spark yet. I'm liking this idea, and certainly have the funds to make it (the cluster jewels don't look like they'll be too pricey, and I've got most of the gear sorted). I look forward to when my connection to the servers isn't being shite, so I can get this character rolling (That AoE is going to feel juicy)

Following Pohx RF, got 81lvl, done full labs, bought aegis and few other items from guide, but still on red maps (t12-13) feel like not enough dmg, bosses die very very slow. Pls look at my build and give some advise. maybe i play this build not how it should be. I was hoping to hit 100 for the first time on my EA Ele, and while it's a relatively safe mapper, it really excelled about bossing. Still, dying to the occasional one-shot has made pushing past 96 frustrating. I decided to make my own build, which I like to do at least once a league, and I usually play RF once per league cuz I love the skill, so I spent the 40ex or so I had saved up on transitioning her to an Explodey RF Autbomber.
