Got a Lv21/23 Vaal RF gem dropped from Blight encounter since week 2 of the league, it sits in my stash for so long until I realize someone made RF looks viable and fun to play with full screen AoE. Original Build Idea here: https://youtu.be/2Kgh32qmJpk
I made some changes of gearing and skill gems with some twist. My current RF AoE isn't as big as the original one but it is big enough without being close to targets and still do damage in safe range.
My life regen and fire res aren't enough to stop the degen from RF, but using Indigon helm and enduring mana flask instead it can be done easily.
