PoE builds similar to Cast on Crit Vortex Assassin [3.23] Map Showcase

Budget is certainly variable, but I dumped as much currency into this build as I could afford (est \~400-500ex). Disclaimer: This build is pretty expensive now with the upgraded pieces but I ran most of the league with much cheaper variants. It is my only build so I dumped currency into it. I like CoC so I wanted to turn my league starter into a CoC variation and could not find anyone doing a Heiro variant so I kinda winged it a bit. Thanks to some people on the official discord, I fixed an error with this build. It turns out my CDR/trigger rate was not correct and my damage was significantly lower than I thought. I had to spend a couple of hours changing up my tree and some items then do all the bosses again. Now my project build is done, I don't recommend doing this build. Showcase: PoB:

I'm tired of seeing build guides for Spectral Shield Throw that pad their damage with unreliable buffs or mirror-worthy gear. Here is a Spectral Shield Throw build that gets over 1 million damage with really cheap gear. While reaching that benchmark, it does not use: Awakened gems Corrupted gems or gear Cluster jewels Watcher's Eyes Anoints, catalysts, or enchants Charges unsustainable for boss fights Rage/Rampage Shocks You can add these things to the build once you're willing to start investing in it to really push your damage, but too many builds make extraordinar
