PoE builds similar to 3.18 - Ice Trap Ascendant - A10 Pts+Labs - 3h47m04s

Here is the pastebin to my experiment. Ok, so the items are still not ready, but the basics of how the build is going to function are there. Life leech on spellhit is iffy to get early on and i don´t want to depend on hits, so i opted for high life regen. At this point i thought to myself, what if i integrate RF into the build to get that juicy more spell dmg mod? PoB: Exsanguinate + Arcanist Brand From what I saw, Exsanguinate doesn't seem like an amazing spell to self-cast. Spell Totems seem like the obvious solution, but I think Arcanist Brands will provide the smoothest playstyle. Exsanguinate doesn't seem to suffer from its downsides (a lot). Question: Is the DoT debuff affected by the damage reduction from Arcanist Brand? I can see it going both ways depending on how one interprets the wording. If not, this could turn out godly. 2mil dps, pretty tanky. Modified this from an old Ben build, so there might be stuff I missed. Biggest issue I have with it is a lack of explosions for clear, but AoE is decent enough I don't think it'll be terrible.

I know I know, yet another seis trap/exsanguinate build. But, I haven't seen any ascendants using this! This build uses aegis aurora, iron reflexes (60k armour), 100% spell suppression, molten shell on lmb and life gain on trap trigger along with mini-pf 4% life gained per flask use (should be approx 20% life regained every 2-3 hits) for defences. From my experience with PFPC this league with lower armour, I found that AA alone was ridiculous for sustain. \-With no need for Redblade Banner or super heavy investment into CDR, Necromancer and Spiritual Aid seemed a much better way to go than my initially thought Saboteur. Free duration, offering, easy crafting and an additional way to scale damage. \-Set corrupting cry to 4 stacks to see 1 cry dps.
