PoE builds similar to [POE 3.20] budget league starter , raider dual strike cold build,easy to play , late game potential!

So with the new Dual Strike Gem; 70% more damage with the main hand weapon (100% with Ashes of Stars), while using the attack time of the off-hand weapon (Using Bright Beak for 2.10 APS), and finally Slayer ascendency for 8% base crit we have a usable edps crit weapon! Hey Exile, I'm tinkering around with a build idea: Initially, I wanted to make the new Varunastra + Rigwald's Axe work but the damage just isn't there and PoB recommended using Wings of Entropy instead. Now the build is moderately tanky, 5k life, 11k max hit phys, 25k max hit elemental and 2.7k life leech on hit, and the damage also looks all right (\~4k million) all this without berserk/anc. totem/molten shell. Any ideas on how to improve it? :-)
