PoE builds similar to spectral fledgling build

This is my helix raider pob that I made as a potential league starter. Uses Replica Mistwall, Acrobatics, and Wind Dancer (Ghost Shrouds too, but those are just a small bonus). Don't know how else I could improve it while keeping it at a league start budget. POB:

Heya, so I wanna league start ele helix but I would like to play raider instead of deadeye, since you can easily get fledgling at league start which is the whole point of deadeye and raider is zoomier on top. Made a quick delve mockup to see whether blood of summer or fragment of eternity is better for a frenzy stacker, turns out its not even close (turns out nighblade is pretty decent kek)! Raider gives you: - A lot of movement speed - Spell Suppression - Easy damage (Frenzy charges and -20% exposure) - Phasing - Ailment immunity - Lots of evasion Spectral Helix gives you: - Big circle AOE and Pierce all enemies with 0 investment - Huge scaling from added damage (250%) The PoB has an early tree that already gets to 1.2million DPS with a 2 mod claw, WITH 1 SPECTRAL HELIX, people will usually consider that one cast can hit bosses 2-3 times depending on boss size The PoB is also super conservative, no scorch/brittle, no intimidate, no shock

The build is just a rough idea, it is nowhere near min-maxed. But the number seems promising so I decide to share it :) pob with quite endgame gears: dps while focused: 13m x 2 (helix hits twice in close range) Defense: 4.5k life, 46k evasion, 100% spell suppression, +216% ms (with QotF), purity of element for ailment immunity. Hopefully it's enough to survive most of the contents. I generate Endurance/Frenzy/Power charges by using Doedre's Elixir. Hey there. Recently theorycrafted around the endless delve unique blood of summer, first I came up with elemental Hit but that didnt look as promising. This time around, I chose Spectral Helix for its immense scaling with flat damage. Main Idea is to use Ice Bite+9 Frenzy for flat Ele scaling, then stack evasion on gear and convert to armour for Big Molten Shell+Phys Mitigation. Hey all, if you want to get a Helix Raider going for cheap, level with Hands of Motion and Thought and Astramentis, upgrade the Claws when you ding 68. I paid 230c for this entire build 3 days ago, it might be more expensive now.
