The build is just a rough idea, it is nowhere near min-maxed. But the number seems promising so I decide to share it :)

dps while focused: 13m x 2 (helix hits twice in close range)
Defense: 4.5k life, 46k evasion, 100% spell suppression, +216% ms (with QotF), purity of element for ailment immunity. Hopefully it's enough to survive most of the contents.
I generate Endurance/Frenzy/Power charges by using Doedre's Elixir. With the reworked Survival Instincts jewel (50% chance not to consume charges), it should be sustainable.
Flat damage are mostly from rings/amulet/jewels, any combinations of fire/cold/lightning damage are good to go as long as the numbers are high, so it should be relatively easy to find cheap ones on the market.
I am not sure about the gloves choice, initially I was thinking, it's elemental damage linked to unbound ailment, so why not go for some chill/shock? But probably not worth it.
Currently despair is the only curse I run, but +1 curse is huge for this build (almost 17% more poison duration from Temp Chain), I am still looking for a way to fit it in.
