PoE builds similar to Story Time with PapaZero - W.I.P. Ethereal Knives Self-Cast Guardian

Items listed are fairly budget, main piece is Tempest Binding but a 4L EK should get you by until yellow maps with BV for ST in chest. might be able to fit in herald of thunder somewhere since I still have 40% mana reserve left and will eventually put in wrath once I get warlords on hit ring. I was playing Impending Doom on Pathfinder, but wanted to see what the EK Ignite hype was about.Rerolled, am at medium approaching high investment, and I feel like I'm missing something. Hello pob warriors could somebody help me improve my build?
