PoE builds similar to Cold Spectral Shield Throw Raider

Hey guys I've been working on a POB for cold conversion SST Raider. Seems like it could be a decent league starter. Let me know what you think and what you might change and why. It's at 90% cold conversion right now since it's mostly just for league starting, you can get the watchers eye that will give the remaining 10% later. Some of the items are probably not league start friendly but stuff to work towards.

Here's my PoB with everything up. DPS is in an ideal scenario which actually happens quite often. Press flasks & focus and pretty much everything in the game dies in a couple seconds. Survivability comes from the fact that the average hit is so massive that i can freeze everything permanently, well everything that isn't straight up immune to freeze, such as Sirus and similar bosses. Went for left shield node after getting 99 If i don't attack anything I die right away. My leech isn't even high, and I have under 4k life + no regen, so degen kills me fast. I'd like to be 100% immune to bleed/poison/ignite somehow, but can't fit in that much ailment immunity right now.
