PoE builds similar to Update on Ignite Fireball 3.16 Leaguestarter - Brass Dome is great - POE Path of Exile Scourge

I made a thread here a little while back and got a lot of help from this sub-reddit. My little fireball build was turned around and made alive once again (sorta). I have since than continued to make improvements. Gear upgrades. Testing different uniques. But I feel as though I have invested alot of currency and time into this build and it still doesn't feel good. (I don't have a lot of time to play). I upgraded to a +5 staff, a +2 amulet, some apothecary gloves. Bunch of jewels with DOT multi. I feel like the build has run out of gas. Obviously I know with more c

pastebin: &x200B; I'm concerned that my life is pretty low. How should I rebalance to either completely focus on damage or become tankier? &x200B; Also are their any uniques (or just general stats) that would allow me to better focus on one skill or the other?

As the title states. I've always had a thing for fireball and have wanted to make it work as self-cast. It's definitely not meta but I still gave it a shot. There isn't much currency put into this build and definitely room for improvement. I die ALOT. Like at least once or twice a map. I understand why I die. Mainly I'm not not running grace or determination even though I spec'ed into grace reservation on the tree. I don't have enough reserved mana so I could either save for enlighten 4 or drop a damage aura. And ultimately I don't have capped spell suppression

Is this viable for the end game? I'm currently just at the start of mapping, I think I have reached T4 and fought Baran once, but I want to respec this character into the build above, because I started to die way too often to my liking, so I adopted as much defensive layers I figured I can realistically do while still doing enough damage not to get stuck on each magic monster pack. This character currently runs pretty much all the same build, but with a different tree and different utility gem setups because initially I had a different build in mind before findi
