Is Fireball Good Now? Fireball Elementalist Build

This is not a guide and I don't recommend the build to be tried out unless you really like fireball!

Fireball got buffed in PoE 3.17 and I really wanted to give it a try. I chose to go a non-ignite fireball build since I thought it would be more fun and potentially scale better into the endgame. What I ended up with was an okay starter build that got me through all the new endgame bosses and had me completing t16 maps on a 2 ex budget. That said, it's extremely squishy and there are way better builds out there.

I just wanted to share this in case anyone was curious about how fireball's buffs improved the skill.
