PoE builds similar to PoE 3.16 BB/BF Spellslinger Inquisitor guide. Tanky, cheap, awesome for league start and on a budget

Looking for some feedback before leaguestart. I've been working on a medium-high budget version for comfortable bossing and harder atlas content. I bumped up the gem levels on BB to simulate the buffs. Added Skitterbots for 'Divine blessing support' as a temp aura for bossing. (That's why I have to much reserved mana) My focus is on great sustain in longer boss fights. Life on spellhit, up to 86%dmg taken recoup, 800+ life regen, Eldritch battery w. 800+ ES regen (will also make the Blessing cost feel "free") and fix mana issues. I have been trying to figure out if I want to make another character to try the self-chill berserker. I decided I wanted to try to make the build a spellcaster. It plays like BFBB, but with the insane movement and action speed from self-chill berserker. - 5k life, 2k ES and good damage w. block and duo-regen is the current strongpoints of the build. - It is a bit expensive with 6-link impulsa, but should make insane clearing with both Herald of Ash and shock proliferation. POB: Note: I couldn't get POB to properly change the quality/gem levels so I manually did it. The idea behind this build came when I was looking at the new Dialla's Malefaction. Combining that with Divergent Blade Blast, Ashes of the Stars, 20% chance to impale physical mastery, and two Replica Heartbreakers, you can achieve 100% chance to impale without wasting a gem slot on Enhance. On top of that, Dialla's Malefaction is just solid, either boosting the levels or quality of your supports. This is just a concept I threw together in POB so I don't know ultimate

Black Cane vs Prism Guardian: If you want to go the Black Cane route, I calculate it to be about 1.47 mill dps vs the 1.63 mill of Prism Guardian version. Don't take the dps numbers too seriously as this was rough estimation in an excel. This doesn't include the phantasm DPS, which is about 385k dps assuming 0 frenzy charges (realistically they will get charges). &x200B; As the title suggests I have a WIP cold conversion trickster with some of the new trickster stuff jammed into the custom modifiers. It feels a bit convoluted to spec into charges + crit but it seems to be the higher damage. Took one step ahead over swift killer for a small dps loss but better QoL. Maybe Vaal Cold Snap for clear?
