PoE Hardcore builds similar to (PoE 3.24) Insane Damage for CHEAP! BAMA Guardian Build Guide

Hey, Threw together a Pob for a gladiator with physical minions. The idea is a 6 link Dominating blow, 6 link summon reaper (squire) and herald of purity. Looking to use the new bleed dps and gladiator bleed pops (triggered with gravebind). My main concern is the investment to dps ratio. It seems solid defensively with a 90% phys reduction, res cap, 6k life, spell suppress cap. but I'm only at 2.4 M dps non boss dps with a fair amount of investment.
