PoE 3.23 Affliction, 3.22 Ancestor, 3.24 Necropolis Occultist, Nova builds

Hello, Looking for help with Vortex in SSFHC. Go easy on me this is my first self-made build. I primarily play SSFHC, and I'd like to make my own build from scratch this time. Most of my characters have died so far, and I'm hoping this one will be safer with chill/freeze effects. Gear equipped is just crap random gear I have on one of my leveling toons. Using Vortex with Grace, Determination, Tempest Shield, and D,Banner. Thanks for looking, and I appreciate your help!

I have pretty much everything I need to swap to LL except a belt. Crystal belts with 14% cooldown recovery seem to be absurdly expensive, so I'm trying to craft my own. I really only want a decent ES roll and 14%+ CDR on it (I'm already overcapped on res except chaos), and anything else is just gravy. Anyone have any idea how I would go about crafting this? I already have an ilvl 85 shaper crystal belt. I currently use Ice Nova of Frostbolts in my main CoC link and Frostbolt in my Cospri's. I see a fair amount of people using

As the title says, I want a build that can one-shot legion. I came across this build, but I'm not sure if it's bait or not. Would this build be worth investing into, or should I look elsewhere? I assume it wouldn't make a big difference whether I have a mageblood or not.
