PoE 3.23 Affliction Kitava's Thirst, Spell builds

Please rip this build to shreds and tell me this is shit but below is a PoB I threw together for an Ice Nova build using new Archmage in a 5link Pledge of Hands. Gear is very, very basic and it seems fairly squish as a result but unless I'm missing something it seems like it should be pretty fun to lightning warp around, hitting ice nova and auto casting frost bolts and echoing more ice nova's for pretty good early mapping with minimal investment. Appreciate y'alls feedback

Dumped a ton of end of the league currency into this one and was very underwhelmed by the results. Idea was supposed to be similar to except on a Berserker, using the added physical damage when crit and access to attack speed. It is terrible for the investment, can't even clear T16. Saw a version of this a few weeks ago and have spent awhile trying to maximize it for defense and offense as i really like the concept. Wanted to show what I got so far. its got 150k max hit for phys and ele with 3% hp and mana on hit from curse mastery tech while hitting over 120 times per sec on single target, which gives it over 14k hp per second like instant leech. Also has 100% phys taken as ele 90% all ele res 75/75 block and spell block (no glancing). And it seems the dps can be pushed all the way to 97m while being a hefty tank. Hi. This char started from me seeing new brands (armagedon brand of volatility + peneance brand of conduction) and thinking that you can do something funny with them. Big thing is very short and lack of duration that can be abused with brand mastery for big mana regen.Big mana regen is very useful for every arcane build. Kitavas thirst with 2 new brands + wintertide + swiftbrand support gave me enough sustain for MoM + Agnostic on t16 with otherwise trashy build. Char is a proof of the concept and prolly life version is not the way, but conept is proofed and i think its funny. Prolly
