PoE 3.23 Affliction Ralakesh's Impatience, Juggernaut builds without Mageblood, Nimis, Original Sin

Hy exile! I finished my lastest build in this league. Its a Tectonic slam Juggernaut With 10 endurance charges and 10 brutal charges ( 30% triple dmg). its very effective for mapping expeditions and blight. I forgot to open the character panel but it have 1500 regen+ , nice amount of armour and resistanes. Hey everyone. I've been cooking an idea up in my head to make a build as the title suggests. The concept is: \- Endurance charge stacking (with some power charges too) \- Ralakesh boots with badge of the brotherhood for use of all 3 charges (current setup has 9 endurance, 5 power/5 frenzy) \- Arn's Anguish = 9 brutal charges currently \- Brutus' Lead sprinkler with some decent strength stacking and redblade banner because I don't know a better option for the slot. I have a large budget to dump into this to try something different. I've levelled the character to 78 as of this moment

It's the part of the league where I sell all my stuff and try out weird ideas. I have the beginning of a build and I am at a wall, or crossroads more like. on how to progress and i would like to hear you guys opinion. The core concept i wanted to try out is: 1. ralakesh boots with+1 endurance corruption , Arn's Anguish, x2 synth endurance rings (got downgraded to just one +1 endurance precursors and a ring of kalandra due to budget) , a +2 endurance charge staff, and charms which give % life regen rate and, most crucially
