PoE Templar builds with custom stat filters

I just wanted to share that I finally hit 90k ES (legacy/standard league). It's the seemingly endless combinations and builds that make me love this game so much \^\_\^ I'M SO HAPPY I 'M GETTING CLOSER AND CLOSER TO HITTING 100K ES ON A BUILD THAT CAN STILL KILL THINGS <3 POB for anyone interested:

Thanks to a mirror drop on the second day of league, I've been able to push this build (as well as waste a ton of currency on other builds). So i was getting bored of the regular RF, and was hitting a wall with my EA ballista, so i decided to convert my RF into an Explode RF. having tons of fun, clearing Juiced T16 maps and 60-80% delirious maps i know i have a few major improvements to make, but for a fairly low budget of ~10d, most being the jewels. i feel like im doing pretty well. I am an eldritch battery hater so with the power of tattoos I managed to get my skill cost down and mana regen to the point I don't need it, greatly increasing my survivability. I miss the divine blessing but hope to get guardian blessing working soon.

Would a trigger cast staff fresh meat Holy Relic setup be worth it? It would recast the relics every 8sec and the fresh meat up time would be 10sec. something like: Trying to simulate fresh meat with low level crit supports and adrenaline checked.
